Ingredients
8 Jalapenos or 1 Large Red Onion
Pickling Juice
237g Apple Cider Vinegar
237g Water
33g Sugar
17g Salt
Instructions
- Stir all pickling juice ingredients until dissolved – I like to use these containers for this – fits perfectly for this amount
- Cut jalapenos into slices or thinly mandolin red onion, add to pickling juice
- Rest in fridge overnight
