Sourdough Egg Noodle Carbonara 🎥

This is so yummy and so easy to make! And with sourdough egg noodles – yes!

Ingredients

Sourdough Egg Noodles

Guanciale or Bacon

Eggs

Parmesan

Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry guanciale until it releases its fat – turn off heat
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 3 mins – save some of the water after cooking
  3. Beat eggs with salt and papper
  4. Grate parmesan
  5. Add noodles to cooked guanciale – add beaten eggs, parmesan and noodle water – stir, stir stir
  6. You’re done!
