I cannot believe how delicious this dipping sauce is. We’re putting it on halibut crostini.
Ingredients
240g Water
90g Lime Juice
50g Sugar
20g Rice Vinegar
90g Fish Sauce
3-4 Small Jalapenos, Finely Chopped – Red Chili Flakes Work Too
8 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped, then squished with some salt
Instructions
- Warm water and add sugar, stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Refrigerate for a while for flavors to blend.
