On a bed of greens, served with a sourdough pretzel roll!
Ingredients
10 Oz Mushrooms
12 Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
Salad Greens
1 Small Onion, Sliced
Dressing
2 Tbsp each Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar
½ Tbsp Sugar
Garlic and Ginger, Minced
Instructions
Heat oven to 425F.
Mix the dressing
.- Toss shrimp in 1/3 of the dressing.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer along with the sliced onions and mushrooms on a baking tray. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the shrimp are fully cooked and the mushrooms start to brown. Allow to cool slightly.
Add greens to plate and top with roasted onions, mushrooms and shrimp. Drizzle with dressing
